SUN-169 Maternal and Fetal outcomes in woman with pregnancy associated acute kidney injury (PR-AKI): Single centre experience from developing country

We developed a method for virtually continuous mea- surement of urine flow in the operating theatre. We found that urinary PO, provides a relatively robust estimate of medullary PO, but this relationship is confounded by the simultaneous presence of systemic hyperoxia and low urine flow. We observed that during CPB urine flow increases and urinary PO, decreases. Thus, it is probable that the best time to use urinary PO, to detect renal medullary hypoxia and risk of post-operative AKI is when a patient is on CPB.
