A Presacral CSF Leak and Intraventricular Fat Secondary to a Sacral Fracture through a Perineural Cyst

We report a rare case of a posttraumatic sacral fracture that caused a dural tear through a perineural cyst. This resulted in a CSF leak into the presacral space and intracranial migration of fat droplets. The patient presented with a headache, which was successfully treated with a sacral epidural blood patch.
