It is important for the financial success of theconference, and indeed the continued success of NASIG,that conference participants stay at the conferencehotel. Each year, NASIG contracts with a hotel formeeting space to stage the annual conference. As partof the meeting contract with the hotel, NASIG isobligated to fill a designated number of hotel rooms ata discounted rate. If we do not fill those rooms, NASIGwill be obligated to cover the difference in cost.
