摘要

At present, oily sludge treatment equipment with various specifications and models were produced by different manufacturers. The equipment was widely applied in sewage treatment and others, which was composed of multiple units and different materials, therefore the technical standard involved treatment effect, the whole machine performance, automation level, and materials. Performance parameters of SCWO were analyzed and combed. This paper deals with treating oily sludge via supercritical water oxidation (SCWO) with Na_2CO_3. The effects of reaction time, H_2O_2 dosage, temperature and concentration of Na_2CO_3 dosage on COD removal were studied. The results indicated that the process was effective under the experimental conditions. The best COD removal reached 98.29%. Na_2CO_3 exhibits good catalytic activity.
