摘要

Znic Oxide nano particles have received increased attention due to its application in several devices. The Polyaniline/Znic Oxide(PANI/ZnO) nanocomposite was prepared by in situ chemical polymerization method. The synthesis involved the formation of dark green colored Polyaniline-Znic Oxide nanocomposite. The synthesized polymer nano composites were characterized by XRD, SEM, EDX and UV-Visible Spectroscopy. The characteristic peaks in XRD and UV-Visible spectra confirmed the presence of ZnO in the polymer structure. Morphology of the composite were analysed by SEM. The Dielectric constant (??(w) ) and Dielectric Loss (???(w) ) of PANI /ZnO nano composites were investigated in the frequency range 102-106 Hz using LCR Meter .The D.C. conductivity measurements were also performed using Two probe method. The antibacterial activity was examined for this nano composite and it was observed that it could be used as an antimicrobial agent.
