Is this the end of privacy? Snowden and the power of conscience

Since 2013 we have become increasingly aware that our data is not private. Tech companiesprofile their customers and sell sensitive data. Government agencies carry out mass surveillance activity: they access our content by reading our emails, listening to our conversations,seeing the pictures and videos we consume, or following the transactions we make. Theseagencies track behavior through our metadata which reveals date, time or location of ourcellphone interactions. Metadata also reveals the places we have visited, who we have got intouch with, etc.
