RDA: updates from the ALA Conference

摘要

Earlier this year, I attended the American Library Association (ALA) Annual conference in California thanks to aconference/travel bursary from the John Campbell Trust. This is a time of such fast-paced and wide-rangingchange in the field of cataloguing that I wanted the opportunity to hear all the latest developments in RDA(Resource Description and Access). Over five days, I went to hours of meetings, talks, presentations anddiscussions about RDA. This article, like my talk during the RDA Forum at the CIG Conference, aims to distilsome of the information I learned at ALA.
