When a disaster occurs, the communityresidents process the disaster prevention by selfhelp,mutual assistance, and wait for publicsupport. As a member of the community, thelocal enterprise is expected to take the socialresponsibility. If the government builds apartnership relationship with local enterprises, itwill improve the overall disaster preventioncompetence of the community.
