Experimental study of vulnerable RC frames with unreinforced masonry infill wall Part 2: Maximum strength evaluation

摘要

The failure mechanisms of the BF and BF+MIW specimensare investigated. Based on the mechanisms, their strengths arecalculated and compared with test results. The maximumstrengths of the BF+MIW specimen are calculated withsufficient accuracy while the calculation for BF specimenslightly overestimates the recorded results.
