New fund sows the seeds for growth in water

Anew fund dedicated to investing in early-stage water technologies and services is aiming to deploy $25 million of capital over the next three years, after emerging from stealth mode earlier this month. Burnt Island Ventures is the brainchild of Tom Ferguson, who spent more than five years assessing and benchmarking water start-ups at the Imagine H2O accelerator before setting up his own vehicle.
