摘要

In order to manage the hospital’s human resources better, this article discusses analysis of the hospital staff appraisal by data mining. The decision tree model is used to analyze the performance appraisal of hospital staff to explore the several important factors that affect performances. In this paper, several factors that may affect employee performance are selected through sorting out the information data of hospital staff, the decision tree is constructed by inductive algorithm to analyze the data and promote the configuration of human resource effectively. The research shows that the main factors influencing the performance of hospital staff can be analyzed through the decision tree, which can provide an important reference to improve hospital staff appraisal and enhance the enthusiasm of hospital staff.
