Estimation of Potency of Scarlatinal Antitoxin by a Combined Flocculation and Rabbit Skin Test Method

摘要

Mixtures of scarlatinal toxin and antitoxin may flocculate in more than one zone. By applying certain criteria it is possible to distinguish the erythrogenic toxin-antitoxin zone from other zones of flocculation.A combined flocculation-animal test is described for the assay of scarlatinal antitoxin.
