Rejection of Allogeneic Skin Grafts and Production of Specific Hemagglutinins by Nonirradiated and Irradiated Mice Sensitized by Various Means

Studies are presented which demonstrate in irradiated and nonirradiated mice that, of the methods used, sensitization with a skin graft or with dissociated cells incorporated in complete adjuvant induces the most vigorous, persistent and radioresistant homograft sensitivity and secondary hemagglutinin response.
