Immuno-Precipitates of Some Purified and Unpurified Human Plasma Proteins with Monospecific and Polyvalent Human Plasma Protein Antisera

摘要

The formation of immuno-precipitates of purified and unpurified human albumin and transferrin with monospecific and polyvalent human plasma protein antisera was studied. The resolution of immuno-precipitin bands into several components was obtained by infusion with Dextran 250. The dextran infusion method may indirectly show molecular varieties of proteins.
