1. 1. A quantitative complement-fixation method has been applied to the rickettsial antigens of Q fever.2. 2. Significant differences in the titers of antigens prepared as outlined from two strains of Q fever were not detected under the conditions of the present test.3. 3. Human Q fever serums of European and American origin, when tested with Nine Mile and Henzerling antigens, gave similar titers in both instances.
