Erratum: “Magnetohydrostatic Equilibrium Structure and Mass of Filamentary Isothermal Cloud Threaded by Lateral Magnetic Field” (2014, ApJ, 785, 24)

In the published article, Equation 8(c) has an incorrect expression. The right-hand side of Equation 8(c) should read $+(c/4pi ){{m{Delta }}}_{2}{m{Phi }},$ instead of $-(c/4pi ){{m{Delta }}}_{2}{m{Phi }}.$ According to this, the first terms of Equations 11(a) and (b) should read $-(1/4pi ){{m{Delta }}}_{2}{m{Phi }}(partial {m{Phi }}/partial x)$ and $-(1/4pi ){{m{Delta }}}_{2}{m{Phi }}(partial {m{Phi }}/partial y)$, instead of $(1/4pi ){{m{Delta }}}_{2}{m{Phi }}(partial {m{Phi }}/partial x)$ and $(1/4pi ){{m{Delta }}}_{2}{m{Phi }}(partial {m{Phi }}/partial y)$, respectively. Similarly, the left-hand side of Equations 12(a) and (b) also should read $-(1/4pi ){{m{Delta }}}_{2}{m{Phi }}(partial {m{Phi }}/partial x)$ and $-(1/4pi ){{m{Delta }}}_{2}{m{Phi }}(partial {m{Phi }}/partial y)$, instead of $(1/4pi ){{m{Delta }}}_{2}{m{Phi }}(partial {m{Phi }}/partial x)$ and $(1/4pi ){{m{Delta }}}_{2}{m{Phi }}(partial {m{Phi }}/partial y)$, respectively. Finally, the right-hand side of Equation (15) should read $-4pi ({dq}/d{m{Phi }})exp (-psi /{c}_{s}^{2}),$ instead of $4pi ({dq}/d{m{Phi }})exp (-psi /{c}_{s}^{2})$. Even with these corrections, the final expression of the basic equation to be solved, Equations (24) and (25), is unchanged.
