where phgr is the normalization factor. The value of phgr depends on whether a trivariate radio luminosity function (RLF), ${m{Phi }}(lpha ,z,L)$, or bivariate RLF, $ho (z,L)$, is considered, where phgr equals phgr0 or phgr1, respectively. As described in the published article, phgr1 and phgr0 are not independent, and they are related by Equation (13). It is necessary to present the value of phgr1 in Table 1. In addition, the value of zc for Model A is incorrectly typed in Table 1; it should be ${0.86}_{-0.09}^{+0.10}$. The updated version of Table 1 is provided here.
