摘要

ABSTRACT The starting materials 2-substituted-4H-naphtho[2,1-b]furan-m-oxazin-4-ones 1a-d were synthesized by well established method in our laboratory, by cyclodehydration of corresponding 3-acylaminonaphtho[2,1-b]furan2-carboxylic acids. Reaction of oxazinones 1a-d with aliphatic amines and aromatic amines resulted in ring opening and yielded respective 3-acylaminonaphtho [2, 1-b] furan-2-N-alkyl/aryl-2-carboxamides 2a-d, 3a-d, 4a-d, and 5ad. Similar reaction of 1a-d with piperidine and morph.
