摘要

Injection of wind power into the grid affects the power quality resulting in poor performance of the system. The power arising out of the wind turbine when connected to a grid system concerning the power quality measurements are active power, reactive power, voltage sag, voltage sell, flicker, harmonics, and electrical behavior of switching operation. This paper proposes a control scheme based on instantaneous reactive power theory for compensating reactive power requirements of wind turbine generator as well as the harmonics produced by balanced and unbalanced.non linear loads.
