The main aim of this article is to gain an understanding on two different quality improvement models namely, ISO and CMMI, with a prime focus on TickIT. Through this report, we have discussed the how these process improvement models work by identifying their aims, characteristics and differences. Also, a discussion is presented on the benefits and shortcomings of these models
