Ruthenium Catalyzed Synthesis of 1-Substituted Perhydroazocines from Primary Amines and 1,7-Heptanediol

摘要

The reaction of primary aromatic amines with 1,7-heptanediol in the presence of a catalytic amount of ruthenium complex in dioxane at 180∩ for 24 hours gave the corresponding 1-substituted perhydroazocines in moderate yield.
