Areola tattooing marks the end of a patient’s treatment plan by turning a volume into a breast. 1Although seemingly simple, the technique must be performed carefully to get a uniform color and aregular form. Inherent to any technical learning curve, the first tattoos may display heterogeneousstaining or contour defects that are difficult to rectify. 2 We propose a simple, reliable and reproducibleprocedure using a stencil for homogeneous tattoos with regular edges.
