Journal of Sustainable Mining – The continuous quality improvement strategy

In 2013 the Journal of Sustainable Mining started a new chapter ofits life, building its presence in the international scientific communityas an open access journal. In 2015 I had the pleasure and honor ofjoining the JSM team as Editor-in-Chief.The Editorial Board of the Journal is composed of internationallyrecognized experts in the fields of mining technologies and techniques,clean coal technologies, environmental engineering, as well as in-dustrial organization and economics. The Authors of the papers pub-lished in the JSM come from all over the world and the topics concernthe major challenges of the contemporary mining industry.
