Analyzing the Effect of Collaborative Cost Management in Supply Chain by Case-Based Reasoning

Applying case-based reasoning (CBR) to analyzethe effect of collaborative cost management (CCM) insupply chain is a new research topic. This paper illustrates anew method which combining four steps of CCM andprocedures of CBR with fuzzy inference model. The methodimproves the traditional similarity assessment and obtainsthe most suitable case to solve new problems. Moreover, thisstudy gives a new definition of information set on the CCMproblem and emphasizes self-learning in CBR for CCM inorder to make the selected case solution more suitable andobtain the more collaborative effect value of CCM.
