Currently, many scholars have theoreticallystudied the early warning index of real estate market, butfew have focused on the implementation of the system. Ourstudy provides a system for early warning and monitoringthe economic situation in real estate market. We construct aboom index for China’s real estate market based on thestate space model. In particular, we provide users withintuitive graphical interface, which helps regulatorsdistinguish the economic situation of real estate market in ascientific and convenient way. In addition, the systemimplementation includes some key technologies, such asmodel-solving, conversion and fusion among multi-datasources, cross-language invoking and hybrid programming.
