Long-term, global and damaging environment, technology dependence, and uncertainty are the basic characteristics of the problem of global climate change, from this perspective, the current climate comprehensive evaluation research in the aspect of theory modeling and practical application have substantial progress. However, the study of the limitations of existing work also does not allow to ignore, it mainly includes the following aspects: technical processing, considering the endogenous technical maturity of the technology itself, and extrusion effect and the spillover effects of R&D investment less attention; Climate loss measurement, and on the investigation to the non-market losses and adaptive remains to be strengthened; In the study of uncertainty, the obvious influence on the time of intergenerational utility distribution partial time rate uncertainty, as well as the uncertainty of technological learning effect of shortage.
