In the limestone gravel and sand production process, a large amount of limestone fines will be made, which not only pollutes the environment, but also is a waste of resources. In addition, as limestone gravel and sand mixed with a certain amount of limestone powder in the production process, the powder in concrete role, knowledge and research of it is very little. If we can solve the above problem, a good economic and environmental benefits will be realized. This paper systematically studied the effect of different fineness, especially the ultra-finely ground limestone powder on properties of concrete. By study, this paper determine the concrete mixed with ultra-finely ground limestone powder and mix of the best content, and studied the limestone powder admixtures of concrete durability, find an effective use of its resources to promote the limestone of passing not only solve the environmental pollution caused by limestone powder, and developed an early strength, early strength requirements applicable to the construction of high performance concrete. Promotion and application of this research will bring significant environmental and economic benefits.
