Design and Research of Water Resources Utilization Based on Macro Control in Water Conservancy Project

摘要

In this paper, the modeling process to fully consider the water storage, deployment, desalination and protection issues, and cost control as the main line, give full consideration to the feasibility and effectiveness, it is reasonable to effectively solve the water problems in China.China accounted for 6% of the total fresh water resources around the world. Shortage of freshwater resources has become an important factor restricting China's development. According to the distribution of the water resources in the mainland, with the aim of protecting the water resources, we give the priority to the earth surface water resource and regard it as the total amount of water resource to do the analysis and movement of the water.
