Building and Implementation of an Open-pit coal Mine Green Input-output Model

The traditional open-pit coal mine input-output model, though clearly reflecting the technical and economic relations, ignores a large amount of waste generated during the production process of the open-pit coal mine. In order to further analyze the open-pit coal mine green production and operation status, and facilitate enterprises’ formulation of the green production plan, this paper first builds an open-pit coal mine green input-output table, and then represents it in its mathematical form. Finally, implementation paths for the mathematical model are proposed. Research results suggest that: (1) Establishment of an open-pit coal mine green input and output production model should fully consider the pollution discharge and treatment as well as the practical production operation situations of the open-pit coal mine. After the open-pit coal mine green input-output table is formulated, the corresponding mathematical model can be built, based on which the direct consumption coefficient and the full consumption coefficient can be worked out; (2) The open-pit coal mine green input-output model can be implemented by introducing a complete open-pit coal mining ecological compensation mechanism, building an open-pit coal mine green development model, and improving the open-pit coal mine management mechanism. All in all, research findings of this paper can provide references for open-pit coal mining enterprises to realize green production and operation, and reduce the environmental pollution and ecological damage.
