Design and Implementation of Digital Project Management System

摘要

As the scale of the project is more and more big, the construction period is becoming longer, and the amount of information generated in the process of building is more and more huge, which hinders the project management level and improve the management efficiency to a certain degree. As a result, the digital management of the project information is imperative, and based on this, this paper designs and develops digital project management system. Firstly, digital information flow is analyzed, and then the system function is designed, and the project plan management, project construction management, information management and other functions are designed in details and implemented. Eventually, the system is tested, and some of the test results are given. The test results show that both the system functions and performance can meet the needs of users, consistent with the design purpose.
