Development of 10 MN Hydraulic-amplification Force Standard Machine and establishment of metrological standard

摘要

This paper mainly describes the structure principle, performance characteristic, main technical index, uncertainty evaluation and the metrological standard establishment of 10 MN hydraulic-amplification force standard machine. The force value range of the force standard machine is 200kN ~10MN, which is reproduced by divided into two spans: 200kN ~1MN and 1MN~10MN. Its repeatability of indication is 0.015%, and the maximum allowable error of indication is ±0.03%.
