The authors wish to make the following corrections to this paper [1] , due to typographical errors:On page 6, the sentence, “A time t ij (i.e., sum of accrual time and follow-up time) is generated foreach patient, and if t ij is greater than the cutoff time then it is assumed that the patient encounteredthe event at t ij , otherwise the patient’s event time is censored at t ij ” should be “A time t ij (i.e., sum ofaccrual time and follow-up time) is generated for each patient, and if t ij is less than the cutoff time thenit is assumed that the event was observed at t ij , otherwise the patient’s event time is censored at t ij ”.
