CMS Heavy Ion Results on Heavy Flavour and Quarkonia

The CMS collaboration has recorded 150 μb ?1 and 35 nb?1 of PbPb and pPb collisions at 2.76 TeV and 5.02 TeV respectively. This presentation reports the results of the heavy quark measurements including quarkonia and B mesons. A particular emphasis is given to the most recent results regarding the suppression of J/ψ, ψ(2S) and Υ ’s in PbPb collisions, and the study of cold nuclear matter effects based on pPb collisions..
