Thestandardizationofradioactivesources(125I,131I,99mTcand18F)tocalibratethenuclearmedicineequipmenthadbeencarriedoutinPTKMR-BATAN.Thisisnecessarybecausetheradioactivesourcesusedinthefieldofnuclearmedicinehasaveryshorthalf-lifeinotherthattoobtainaqualitymeasurementresultsrequirespecialtreatment.Besidesthat,theuseofnuclearmedicinetechniquesinIndonesiadeveloprapidly.Alltheradioactivesourceswerepreparedbygravimetricmethods.Standardizationof125Ihasbeencarriedoutbyphoton-photoncoincidencemethods,whiletheothershavebeencarriedoutbygammaspectrometrymethods.ThestandarsourcesareusedtocalibrateaCapintecCRC-7BTradionuclidecalibrator.TheresultsshowsthatcalibrationfactorforCapintecCRC-7BTdosecalibratoris1,03;1,02;1,06;and1,04for125I,131I,99mTcand18Frespectively,byabout5to6%oftheexpandeduncertainties...
