摘要

Objectives: To evaluate the efficacy of Icaritin with targeting liposome delivery system on prevention of estrogen depletion induced osteoporosis invivo by analyzing the bone quality and microarchitecture by microComputed Tomography (micro-CT) and the distribution of the delivery system by using Xenogen IVIS spectrum system.
