Post-traumatic enophthalmos is one of the late-term complications of the posttraumatic orbit, causing functional and cosmetic concern. In this study, the process, results, efficacy and reliability of the treatment of two young cases with late-term enophthalmos after blunt trauma to the orbit without any vision loss will be presented and discussed.
