Lepromatous Leprosy of Prepuce- A Case Report

Leprosy is commonly seen over cooler partsof the body and very rarely found over externalgenitalia because of their warm temperature.We report a case of lepromatous leprosy ofprepuce in a 79 years old male who presentedwith phimosis. Local examination revealed anodule over prepuce and the clinical diagnosiswas carcinoma of penis. This case highlightsthat leprosy should be kept in mind in the dif-ferential diagnosis of penile lesions.
