Objective: To study the effects of preoperative concurrent radiochemotherapy on the cancercell infiltration and angiogenesis in local advanced gastric cancer lesions. Methods: A total of68 patients who were diagnosed with locally advanced gastric cancer in this hospital betweenFebruary 2015 and April 2017 were selected as the research subjects and randomly dividedinto two groups, the radiochemotherapy group received capecitabine + cisplatin chemotherapycombined with intensity modulated radiation therapy before operation, and chemotherapygroup received preoperative capecitabine + cisplatin chemotherapy. The gastric cancer lesionssurgically removed from two groups of patients were collected to determine the expression ofproliferation-related genes, invasion-related genes and angiogenesis-related genes. Results:Rab27B, Bax, Caspase-3, PTPN13, E-cadherin and THBS2 protein expression in gastriccancer lesions of radiochemotherapy group were greatly higher than those of chemotherapygroup whereas EZH2, PRR1, EPHA2, HDAC5, N-cadherin, Twist1, ANGPTL2, ANGPTL5,GOLPH3 and HIF-1α protein expression were greatly lower than those of chemotherapy group.Conclusion: Preoperative concurrent radiochemotherapy has inhibitory effect on the cancercell infiltration and angiogenesis in local advanced gastric cancer lesions.
机译:目的:探讨术前同时放化疗对局部晚期胃癌病灶癌细胞浸润和血管生成的影响。方法:选取2015年2月至2017年4月期间在该医院诊断为局部晚期胃癌的68例患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,放化疗组术前接受卡培他滨+顺铂化疗联合调强放疗,化疗组术前接受卡培他滨+顺铂化疗。收集从两组患者手术切除的胃癌,以确定增殖相关基因,侵袭相关基因和血管生成相关基因的表达。结果:放疗组胃癌病灶中Rab27B,Bax,Caspase-3,PTPN13,E-cadherin和THBS2的蛋白表达均明显高于化疗组,而EZH2,PRR1,EPHA2,HDAC5,N-cadherin,Twist1,ANGPTL2,ANGPTL5的表达明显增高。结论:术前同时放化疗对局部晚期胃癌病灶的癌细胞浸润和血管生成具有抑制作用。
