摘要

Objective: To detect the content of SP-D in cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) of children with viralencephalitis, evaluate the correlation between SP-D and indexes of brain injury, inflammatoryreaction and cellular immune disorder. Methods: 78 cases of viral encephalitis childrendiagnosed in our hospital during December 2016 to May 2018 were selected as Viralencephalitis group, 51 cases of fever without intracranial infection children were selected asControl group. The cerebrospinal fluid samples of two groups were taken and SP-D, braininjury-related indicators, inflammatory indicators and T lymphocyte subsets were detected.Pearson test was used to analyze the relationship between SP-D content in CSF and aboveindicators. Results: Content of SP-D in CSF of Viral encephalitis group was lower thanthat of control group (P0.05). Contents of MBP, CK-BB, NSE and S100B in CSF of Viralencephalitis group were higher than those of Control group; contents of IL-1β, TNF-αand ICAM-1 in CSF of Viral encephalitis group were higher than those of Control group;distribution proportion of CD3+, CD4+ T lymphocytes and CD4+/CD8+ ratio in CSF werelower than those of Control group, and levels of CD8+ were higher than that of Control group(P0.05). Correlation analysis showed that, SP-D content in CSF of viral encephalitis childrenwas directly related to brain injury indexes, inflammatory indexes and T lymphocyte subsetsdistribution levels(P0.05). Conclusion: Content of SP-D in CSF of viral encephalitis childrendecreases abnormally, the specific content is directly related to the degree of brain injury,intracranial inflammation and cellular immune dysfunction. It is important to evaluate theseverity of the disease.
机译:目的:检测病毒性脑炎患儿脑脊液(CSF)中SP-D的含量,评价SP-D与脑损伤,炎症反应和细胞免疫障碍指标的相关性。方法:选择我院2016年12月至2018年5月确诊的病毒性脑炎患儿78例为病毒性脑炎组,选取51例无颅内感染的发热性儿童为对照组。抽取两组脑脊液样本,检测SP-D,脑损伤相关指标,炎性指标和T淋巴细胞亚群,采用皮尔逊检验分析脑脊液中SP-D含量与上述指标的关系。结果:病毒性脑炎组脑脊液中SP-D含量低于对照组(P <0.05)。病毒性脑炎组脑脊液中MBP,CK-BB,NSE和S100B的含量高于对照组。病毒性脑炎组脑脊液中IL-1β,TNF-α和ICAM-1的含量高于对照组; CD3 +,CD4 + T淋巴细胞的分布比例和CD4 + / CD8 +比值低于对照组,且水平CD8 +的含量高于对照组(P <0.05)。相关分析表明,病毒性脑炎患儿脑脊液中SP-D含量与脑损伤指数,炎性指数和T淋巴细胞亚群分布水平直接相关(P <0.05)。结论:病毒性脑炎患儿脑脊液中SP-D含量异常下降,其特异性与脑损伤程度,颅内炎症和细胞免疫功能异常直接相关。评估疾病的普遍性很重要。
