Resolution of mid-ventricular thrombus in a patient with heart failure and high hematocrit

As myocarditis, valvular heart disease, and ischemic heart disease are unlikely, high blood pressure might be a cause of LV systolic dysfunction [1].As LV thrombus is usually observed at the apex [2], this is a rare case of mid-ventricular thrombus.
