摘要

In this paper it is presented an optimizedpractical solution for controlling the temperature andflow of a multivariable process. The solution is basedon software architecture that solves the technicalproblem of coupling between the two parameters.Combining the theoretical analysis with theexperimental analysis, it was established the transferfunctions of the MIMO system (two input and twooutput), decomposing the process in several SISOsystems. Compared with the multivariable solutionwhich is difficult to implement on a classical real-timestructure, it was designed a control system based onnumerical PI regulators. The implementation on aPLC demonstrated that this method is effectiveensuring robustness performance for large areas oftemperature and pressure parameters.
