The share of cooperative banks in crediting of residential real estates

摘要

Changes on the market of housing credits in 2005-2009 are depicted in this article, as well as presentation of actions of cooperative banks in the sphere of giving credits to non-financial sector, especially housing credits. This work is an attempt of estimation of the role of cooperative banks in comparison with commercial banks.
