摘要

An efficient and green procedure has been developed for the synthesis of 2-[3-{4-(3-chlorophenyl)-1- piperazinyl}propyl]-1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-a]pyridine-3-(2H)-onehydrochloride and its derivativesusing sulphamic acid (SA) as heterogeneous catalyst. The present methodology offers several advantagessuch as excellent yields, absence of side products and operational simplicity, recyclability andreusability of the catalyst are some of the salient features of this reaction.
