High-precision machine tools are important equipment of production line in general [1]. However, there hasbeen more difficult on failure prediction and maintenance of its spindle bearings. There are no timely replacement of thebearing when the failure occurs will result in decreased equipment utilization. This paper designed a set of bearing failureprediction system based on LabVIEW programming environment aiming at the need of the maintenance of machine toolspindle bearing in production line. The system will predict the bearing failure through the analysis of the size precision ofthe parts machined by bearing. The system mainly consists of two parts, data acquisition system and data analysis system.It has functions of data analysis and calculation, data storage and display and alarms, etc.
机译:高精度机床是一般生产线的重要设备[1]。但是,在故障预测和主轴轴承的维护方面存在更多的困难。发生故障时无法及时更换轴承会导致设备利用率下降。针对维护生产线机床主轴轴承的需要,设计了一套基于LabVIEW编程环境的轴承故障预测系统。该系统将通过分析轴承加工零件的尺寸精度来预测轴承故障。该系统主要由数据采集系统和数据分析系统两部分组成,具有数据分析计算,数据存储,显示和报警等功能。
