Analytic Hierarchy Process Application for the Selection of a Metal Matrix Composite

The multi-attribute decision-making methods allow to solve arbitrary problems governed by severalparameters. In this paper, the choice of a composite material was analyzed, by considering the availability from fourcompanies. The multi-attribute decision Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) procedure was used to select the best levelsfor different attributes, both parametric and non-parametric, and to select the best company.
