摘要

Researched a broken-belt catching machine based on full face catching, the device is a mechanical electricalhydraulic integration design, driven by hydraulic pressure to achieve catching work. This paper introduces its principleand basic composition, using ADMAS and AMESim software simulation to verify the rationality of the design. Prototypewas produced for the experiment in the laboratory. The results show that, catching device can safely complete the work,and the arrest without significant impact, meet the design requirements.
