Analysis of Problems Existing in the Financial Management in ConstructionEnterprises

With the rapid development of China's economy, construction scale is more and more big; the construction enterprisesare facing new opportunities for development, while also facing the fierce competition in the industry. Financial managementof construction enterprises is an important measure to ensure the sustainable operation of enterprises, play an importantrole in the enterprise management. Construction enterprises in order to get a space for one person in the market competition,it must take the effective management of financial accounting. In this paper, through the analysis of the existing problemsof the financial management of construction enterprises, and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.
