Implementing a Deal Development Platform for Business Ecosystems

This article describes a project to develop a platform that promotes transactions between customers and suppliers within a business ecosystem. Aweb-based platform is being developed to track customer interactions and manage the flow of deals through development stages. The solution willbe implemented using an open source customer relationship management (CRM) tool that will be customized to suit the particular needs of abusiness ecosystem.
