The research efforts made worldwide in the field of creating new wheat varieties are headed mainly in three 2 directions: growing the production potential in optimal culture conditions; improving the resistance and tolerance to the main biotic and abiotic factors which frequently limit the manifesting of the production potential and improving the crop quality parameters, according to the demands of the bakery industry. The natural conditions in the central and northern area of the country are very diverse. First, the continental-type climate, easily excessive, to which a large diversity of types of soil and landforms is added, offered an image of the natural frame of the area. Second, the foliar and ear diseases occur annually in the area, in different degrees of frequency. In some situations, the abiotic and biotic stress factors have a strong limiting effect on the quantity and quality of wheat crops. For the efficiency of wheat crops in the area, the cultivated varieties must be well-adapted to these condition, they should be tolerant to the stress factors and react favourably to the technological investments by production performances. Through fertilization was obtained at winter wheat an increase of production with 28.1% on variant with additional fertilization comparatively with basic fertilization.
