In connection with the problem in the charged lepton mass relation, Sumino has proposed a model where charged leptonseLandeRare assigned to3and3 ̄of the SU(3) family symmetry, respectively, i.e.(eL)iand(eR)i(family numberi=1,2,3). This choice corresponds to a choice(10+5 ̄,3)of SU(5)×flavorSU(3)family. This choice is anomaly free for the SU(5)-flavor, but it is not anomaly free for the SU(3)-family. In this paper, we will propose a model of quarks and leptons which gives(eL)iand(eR)itogether with anomaly free in the framework of the SU(5)×flavorSU(3)family. As a result, some exotic states will be required.
